These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bdf22 website at bdf22.club (the "Platform"), including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, account services, payment facilities, and customer support. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "You") and bdf22 ("we", "us", or "our"). To register and maintain an account on bdf22, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdf22 enforces this age restriction without exception and conducts KYC age verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf — not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from using online gaming platforms.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information — including false identity documents during KYC — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on bdf22. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using the same or different identities, mobile numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses or winnings credited to those accounts will be forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your registered mobile number or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• bdf22 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity on your bdf22 account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact bdf22 support immediately and change your password without delay.
• KYC identity verification is required before bdf22 processes your first withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, proof of mobile wallet ownership, or other documents as required by our compliance team.

bdf22 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account, balance, or any associated benefit to any other person. Attempted account transfers result in immediate closure and forfeiture of all balances.

bdf22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. bdf22 charges no fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. Your mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own fees independently.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawals to bKash or Nagad from KYC-verified accounts are completed within 5 minutes during standard operating hours.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' bKash or Nagad wallets — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• bdf22 may request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawal requests above a threshold set by our compliance team. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) safeguard.

bdf22 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, your bank, or Bangladesh's banking infrastructure, including scheduled maintenance affecting bKash or Nagad. bdf22 will process your withdrawal on its side within stated timeframes; further delays beyond that are outside our control.

bdf22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotional terms and in your account dashboard. Typical requirements on bdf22 range from 15x to 35x the bonus amount depending on promotion type.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. A player may claim a welcome bonus once only, regardless of how many accounts they attempt to register.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• bdf22 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or void bonus winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of a software error, or coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events — including Eid ul-Fitr, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and the BPL season — are subject to their own specific terms published alongside each promotion.

Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another player, or combined with other promotions unless specific promotional terms expressly permit this. Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless otherwise stated.

bdf22 is committed to a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or matched betting across multiple accounts.
• Exploiting any technical error, software glitch, or system vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a confirmed technical error are void and will be reversed from your account.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity conducted through the bdf22 Platform. bdf22 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once. All duplicate accounts and associated bonus winnings will be voided without notice.

bdf22 employs real-time monitoring and fraud detection to identify prohibited conduct. Where confirmed, bdf22 may suspend accounts, void all bets, forfeit balances, and take any further action permitted by applicable law.

All content on the bdf22 Platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, text, images, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of bdf22 or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of bdf22 or the relevant rights holder.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. This licence does not include any right to scrape, frame, data-mine, or reverse-engineer any game or software, or to create derivative works based on any bdf22 content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdf22 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own error, including incorrect payment details entered during a deposit or withdrawal request.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, Bangladesh internet infrastructure issues, or events outside bdf22's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes bdf22's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. bdf22's aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdf22 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that online casino games and sports betting involve financial risk and that outcomes are determined by chance. You agree to use the Platform responsibly and within your personal financial means. bdf22 provides all registered players with the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account dashboard: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods; and permanent self-exclusion.

bdf22 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. If bdf22 has reasonable grounds to suspect a player is under 21, the account will be suspended pending age verification. If underage play is confirmed, all winnings will be forfeited and the account permanently closed. Players who feel gambling is negatively affecting their lives are strongly encouraged to use our self-exclusion tools or contact our support team at any time.

bdf22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the one-account rule, the 21+ age requirement, or the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the timeframe requested by our compliance team following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform in connection with any illegal activity, based on internal monitoring or information from third parties.
• At the player's own request — players wishing to close their account may contact our support team at any time. Where self-exclusion is requested, the account will be permanently closed and cannot be reopened for the exclusion period selected.

Upon account closure at the player's own request (not due to breach or fraud), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completing outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure regardless of the reason.

Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Where a change materially affects your rights as a player — for example, changes to withdrawal processing times, bonus wagering requirements, or account closure procedures — bdf22 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered mobile number or on-Platform notification prior to the change taking effect.
